Brett and Vera Gray are hosting the Double Eagle Golf Tournament to raise critical funds for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America. Vera has battled ulcerative colitis for years in silence. After surgery this year she decided that she wanted to give back to her community and the millions of others who also suffer from this disease. With the encouragement of her husband, Brett, the couple are joining Team Challenge Florida in Las Vegas to run 13.1 miles and raise $20,000 for the CCFA in December 2010.

The Grays have never run a half marathon or raised such a large amount of money before, but they are dedicated to this cause and the belief that one person (or two) can make a difference. So many young adults and children are debilitated by these diseases and there is no cure for these diseases. Shouldn't we all help find one?

If you will not be participating in or sponsoring the event, but would still like to help the CCFA find a cure, please visit the couple's website to make a donation. Every dollar helps out and 80% of your donation to the CCFA will be devoted to research and education, bringing us closer to a cure. The site is secure, easy-to-use, and an email confirmation of your tax-deductible donation will be sent directly to you. The fundraising deadline is November 20th, so spread the word, dig deep, and help make a difference today!

Everyone knows someone with Crohn's or colitis, whether you are aware of it or not. The Grays are going "all in" to find a cure. What will you do? To visit their site, please click here.
