Single tournament entry is $125, and one foursome entry is $500. All tournament entries include green fees, breakfast, lunch, and premium goody bags. 144 player limited registration. Registration ends November 15th.
Online registration provided by PayPal (fees apply). There is no fee charged for mailed entries. Please complete registration form and remit payment to Brett Gray, P.O. Box 2776, Palm Beach, Florida 33480. Please make checks payable to Brett Gray and credit card charges made by mail must include signature on registration form.
Registration confirmation will be emailed or mailed to you upon reciept of payment.
You may assemble your own Foursome or be placed on a team. Confirmation of teams will be made after registration has closed on November 15th.
Team assignnments will be made available at 8am on November 20th prior to the tournament. There will be no team changes on the day of the tournament unless necessary.
